Parking Restrictions & Road Closures for the 2025 Victorian Stroll
(TROY, NY) - Mayor Carmella R. Mantello and the City of Troy advise residents, visitors, and businesses of parking restrictions and temporary road closures in effect for the 2025 Victorian Stroll on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all, the following parking restrictions will be in place:
No Parking Zones:
- River Street between 3rd Street and State Street
- 3rd Street between River Street and State Street
- Broadway between 3rd Street and River Street
- 2nd Street between State Street and River Street
- 1st Street between River Street and State Street
"NO PARKING" signs will be posted in all affected areas. Vehicles parked in violation will be subject to ticketing and towing.
Additionally, the following streets will be closed with barricades during event hours:
Barricaded Areas:
- River Street between 3rd Street and State Street
- Broadway between 3rd Street and River Street
- 2nd Street between State Street and River Street
- 1st Street between River Street and State Street
- All intersecting alleys within the event footprint
These restrictions will be in effect for the duration of the Victorian Stroll to accommodate vendors, performers, and pedestrians.
Mayor Mantello and the City appreciate the public's cooperation and looks forward to welcoming thousands to downtown Troy for this cherished holiday tradition.
