Norconsult ASA: Forsvarsbygg reversed nomination of framework agreement

Sandvika, 31 October (OSE: NORCO): Reference is made to announcement of 18
September 2025, in which it was informed that Norconsult Norge AS ("Norconsult")
was nominated to a framework agreement with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency
("Forsvarsbygg") covering project implementation of Flåteplan 2024, Haakonsvern
Naval Base.

A competitor appealed against the nomination, and Forsvarsbygg has subsequently
reversed its decision. Norconsult will review the matter closely and assess
potential next steps, including legal actions, to protect the company's
interests.
