Paige Arrigal, 37, of Quincy was placed under arrest on charges of Shoplifting by Asportation and Possession of a Class B Drug along with four (4) active warrants out of Quincy District Court. Staff at a Porter Square business reported Arrigal had stolen $251 worth of merchandise. When stopped, Arrigal was found to have suspected crack cocaine in her possession.
