New Assistance Portal for Residents

The Palm Beach County Community Services Department is pleased to announce the launch of a referral portal to facilitate the assistance of unsheltered families and individuals residing in the county.

This user-friendly portal is accessible to individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness, concerned community members seeking to assist those in need and local law enforcement officers identifying individuals in crisis.

Upon submission of a referral, the request will be directed to the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) at the Community Services Department. The team will then begin to work connecting individuals to appropriate resources, shelter and supportive services.

This initiative underscores the county's commitment to enhancing accessibility, coordination and efficiency in addressing the unsheltered residents of Palm Beach County.

The Assistance Portal can be found online at www.pbcgov.com/communityservices or at any of the eight self-service kiosk locations listed below throughout the county. Each kiosk is equipped with a touch screen, a menu of available services and programs, and a built-in scanner/printer.
