La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00017708 de 12 de agosto de 2026, resolvió CANCELACIÓN voluntaria de la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Largo Plazo por un monto de hasta SEIS MILLONES DEL DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 6.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCSVS-IRQ-DRMV-2022-00002204 de 23 de marzo de 2022.
