HomeCall, Inc., a national supplier of in-home healthcare services, has leased 11,500 square feet. HomeCall will be relocating from 270 Tech Park, another Ruppert Properties owned and managed property.

In addition, Frederick Mutual Insurance Company is leasing 4,400 square feet of office. Frederick Mutual has been a trusted provider of insurance solutions in the Frederick community since 1883.
