For the second year in a row, California Democrats have chosen to gut penalties for soliciting 16- and 17-year-olds for sex because they believe that protecting children from predators is somehow too extreme.
Californian deserve answers:
Why the hell did Adam Gray stay silent while his party caved to extremists, protected predators, and betrayed vulnerable kids?
