Mountain Metro seeks comments on Proposed Fall Service Change

Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) is proposing service changes for this fall and is seeking public comment by Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. If approved, the changes will begin Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026. These proposed changes include:

  • Increase Saturday evening frequency on Routes 1, 3, 5, 11 and 25 from 60 minutes to 30 minutes.
  • Increase weekday daytime frequency on Route 24 from 60 minutes to 30 minutes.
  • Reduce Friday and Saturday evening service on Route 13 THE ZEB Downtown Ride, by about two hours.
  • Modify Route 15 to include new stops at the Pikes Peak United Way Family Success Center on Verde Drive, with stops located southwest of the center on Kodiak Drive.

Riders may find more details on these changes and submit comments through an online survey at MMTRANSIT.COM, or by visiting Customer Service at the Downtown Terminal at 127 E. Kiowa St. during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5p.m. Comments may also be submitted by calling 719-385-7433 or emailing [email protected].
