Overnight closure of I-35 S at W 12th Street in Jackson County for signage work, Oct. 5-6

JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will CLOSE I-35 S at W 12th St overnight on Monday, Oct. 5 at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 6 a.m. for signage work. The 12th St exit allows through traffic at the stop light. All dates are approximate and work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
