Ever wonder what a Downtown Development Authority (DDA) does? We're the heartbeat behind projects that keep downtown Ludington vibrant, growing, and welcoming! From supporting local businesses to beautifying our city and hosting unforgettable events, the DDA works year-round to make Ludington a fantastic place to live, work, and visit.

Here's our 2025 Meeting Schedule:

DDA Board: Meets the 2nd Monday of each month (no meeting in July).
Marketing/Communications/Events Sub-Committee: Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 3:30 PM.
Building and Grounds Sub-Committee: Meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM.
Executive Committee: Meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM.

Location: All meetings are held at City Hall, 400 S Harrison Street, Ludington, MI.
