Notice of Adopted and Filed Regulations of the Alaska Board of Nursing
On February 5-6, 2025, the Board of Nursing adopted regulations in Title 12, Chapter 44 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern applications for licensure and certification, classroom curriculum, delegation authority, and definitions.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 8, 2025, and are effective on May 8, 2025. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
