Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Saturday January 18th at 9:15 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Baptiste, age 25, of 21 Henrietta Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Massachusetts on the charge of Distribution of Hallucinogenic Drug out of the Bristol County District Attorney's office. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Baptiste was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On Saturday January 18th at 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jose A. Rosado, age 28, of 274 Pine Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, for 1.) Larceny under $1,500, 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, and 4.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Rosado turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Rosado was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday January 18th at 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Yatzel Berrios Ramos, age 20, of 37 Longhill Street, Apt. 2, Springfield, Massachusetts, for 1.) Larceny under $1,500, 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Disorderly Conduct, and 4.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Ramos turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Ramos was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

On Sunday January 19th at 1:18 AM, Troopers arrested Graciela M. Ortega, age 28, of 30 Carlon Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Ortega was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On Sunday January 19th at 2:35 AM, Troopers arrested Zackary Karnley, age 18, of 12 Steere Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses - Over $1,500, Under $5,000 and 2.) Conspiracy originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on North Main in the City of Providence. Karnely was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.

On Sunday January 19th at 3:58 AM, Troopers, arrested Casandra M. Griswold, age 30, of 95 Arthur Street, Apt. 13, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .227%; Phase II: .230%) - First Offense and 2.) Duty to Stop in Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Providence. Griswold was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
