Prague-Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Capital Markets offering in Prague with the arrival of Tomáš Kafka as a partner, effective November 1, 2025.

Tomáš Kafka is a highly respected lawyer with deep expertise in debt capital markets (DCM), including covered bonds, asset-backed securities, and hybrid instruments. He also has extensive experience advising on regulatory and disclosure requirements under the Prospectus Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and related EU frameworks and equity capital market (ECM). Recognized by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star in Capital Markets, Tomáš is also active in academia - regularly lecturing on bond issues and securities transactions at the law faculties of Charles University and Masaryk University.
