The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (F031330, P0039895):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (CMP001954) to modify and operate the KT NENE14 Battery (F031330) with the addition of production and equipment associated with three new wells, the KT 11-13-24 NH, 21-13-24 MH and 21-13-24 NH wells, with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 14, T42N, R74W, approximately four (4) miles east of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031330 and permit number P0039895 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ballard Petroleum Holdings LLC (CMP001954) to modify and operate the Gerald SENW29 Battery (F032100) with the addition of production and equipment associated with one new well, the Gerald Federal 22-29-5 SH wells, with one smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks and active produced water tanks, located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 29, T48N, R73W, approximately fifteen (15) miles south-southwest of Gillette, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
