Meritex Welcomes Erin VandenBerghe as HR Operations Specialist

Meritex is pleased to welcome Erin VandenBerghe as HR Operations Specialist.

Erin brings a strong background in human resources operations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support. Prior to joining Meritex, she served as Human Resources Manager at Renova One, where she led payroll and benefits administration, managed HR systems, and supported organizational growth across multiple states. She also played a key role in enhancing onboarding processes, developing HR policies, and improving the overall employee experience.

In her role at Meritex, Erin is responsible for payroll, benefits administration, HR compliance, leave management, employee support, and other key HR operations. Erin will help support employees across the organization while strengthening and scaling HR processes.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
