Traffic Advisory: South Avenue Closed on Curve near Golf Course

Dear Adelphi Community,

Please be advised that National Grid is currently conducting utility work on the curve of South Avenue near the golf course. This work has resulted in a road closure for traffic heading towards the Adelphi University campus.

Until the work is safely completed, South Avenue is temporarily closed to traffic from Rockaway Avenue/Cherry Valley Avenue up until the Golf Course as of this email. We encourage you to access or leave campus via Cambridge Avenue or South Avenue via Nassau Blvd at this time.
