A Paw-some Day Awaits at Cary Dog Daze

Cary, NC - Get ready to unleash the fun at Cary Dog Daze and Pet Expo as it returns to Town Hall Campus on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hosted by Cary Animal Services, this free, family-friendly event celebrates pets of all kinds, and the people that love them, bringing the community together through a shared love of animals.

Cary Dog Daze is for everyone, whether you have a pet or simply enjoy being around animals. Well-behaved dogs are encouraged to attend, making the event interactive and engaging for both guests and their furry companions.

This year's event will feature more than 75 pet-related vendors, including rescue groups, veterinarians, trainers, groomers, and pet supply businesses. Guests can connect with local animal welfare organizations and learn more about pet ownership and care.

Event highlights include:

The event will take place in the back parking lot of Town Hall campus. Ambassador Loop at Cary Street and the Police Only Parking will be closed to accommodate the event, and visitors are encouraged to use nearby parking decks. Handicapped parking will be available on Cary Street off Ambassador Loop.
