On February 18, 2026, M. Steven Bender notified Westlake Chemical Partners GP LLC (the "General Partner"), the general partner of Westlake Chemical Partners LP (the "Partnership"), of his intention to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner and from the Board of Directors of the General Partner, effective upon the appointment of his successor as chief financial officer. Mr. Bender's decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the General Partner or the Partnership.
