Satori Capital Named One of Fort Worth's Best Companies for 11th Consecutive Year

Satori Capital has been named one of Fort Worth Inc. magazine's "Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth" for an eleventh consecutive year.

Satori has earned a place on the list every year since the program began in 2016 and has ranked among the top 10 small companies nearly every year, including five first-place finishes. For 2026, Satori ranked fourth in the small-company category.

The annual "Best Companies to Work for in Fort Worth" program recognizes leading workplaces throughout the Fort Worth area. Workforce Research Group administers the evaluation process, which includes confidential employee surveys and an assessment of company practices across areas including culture, benefits, leadership, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement.

The 2026 honorees were celebrated at an awards luncheon on August 13 at River Ranch in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

"This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experience and feedback of our colleagues," said Randy Eisenman, Satori's co-founder and managing partner. "We have always believed that an exceptional culture is built intentionally. We are grateful to every member of the Satori team who brings our values to life and contributes to making Satori such to work."

In its 2026 profile of Satori, Fort Worth Inc. highlighted the firm's core values and its Optimal Living philosophy, designed to support colleagues physically, mentally, and financially. The magazine also highlighted Satori's wellness initiatives, including executive health screenings, an annual wellness allowance, healthy meals, on-site wellness services, and the firm's Recharge Room, a multisensory space designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

The Fort Worth Inc. honor is part of a broader history of workplace recognition for Satori. The firm has also been named to Pensions & Investments' "Best Places to Work in Money Management" list for 11 consecutive years, ranked #1 on Best Companies Group's 2023 "Best Places to Work in Texas" list, and was certified as a Great Place to Work in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
