Online labor redistributions coming soon
UA HR is happy to announce that online labor redistributions through UAOnline will be coming soon. Here is a sneak peek.
What is changing?
Departments can initiate labor redistributions through UAOnline. Approvals will be routed automatically through UAOnline. Approvers can review and approve labor redistributions through mobile phones. Backup documentation requirements will be streamlined.
What remains the same?
University grants and contracts offices and budget offices will still review labor redistributions to ensure the changes are allowable and within the fiscal year.
All labor redistributions still need a department approver, who is different from the person who initiates the labor redistribution online.
What do I need to do?
No action is needed now. Keep an eye out for more information and upcoming training sessions.
