ANCHORAGE, Alaska - FEMA's Alaska Call Center will be temporarily closed on Monday, October 12, 2026 in observance of the federal holiday. The center will resume normal operating hours Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
FEMA's Alaska Call Center's regular operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. FEMA Alaska Call Center's staff can be reached at 1-866-342-1699 to answer survivors' questions and provide further guidance. A Yup'ik interpreter is available to provide interpreter services on Thursdays, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
