Amendment to Annual Report (Form 10-K/A)

Luduson G Inc. (the "Company") is filing this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-K/A (this "Amendment No. 1") to amend the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, which was initially filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on April 2, 2025 (the "Original 2024 Form 10-K"). The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to revise the financial statements under Item 8 and provide the report of independent registered public accounting firm. This Amendment No. 1 also amend, modify and update other information in the Original 2024 Form 10-K, and reflect events occurring after the filing of the Original 2024 Form 10-K.
