Buckeye has released the draft Buckeye Arts & Culture Plan and is inviting residents, artists, businesses and community organizations to review the document and share feedback before the plan is finalized.
The Arts & Culture Plan is the city's first comprehensive roadmap for supporting arts and culture in Buckeye and was developed through extensive community engagement, stakeholder input and research. More than 700 residents and community members participated in the planning process through surveys, interviews, focus groups, community events and other engagement opportunities.
"As Buckeye continues to grow, it is important that the community helps shape the future of arts and culture in our city," said Ilana Lydia Holden, Arts & Culture Manager, "We encourage residents to review the draft plan and share their thoughts as we work toward a final document that reflects the community's vision and priorities."
The public review period will remain open through August 15, 2026. Community members are encouraged to review the draft plan and submit comments and feedback by emailing [email protected].
