Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC), CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and CCB International Capital Limited as joint sponsors, on the global offering and H-share listing of Suzhou NOVOSENSE Microelectronics Co., Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
NOVOSENSE Microelectronics, which is already listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2022, is a leading provider of analog chips in China. The company focuses on sensor, signal chain and power management, and offers a broad portfolio of high-performance, reliable products and solutions for sectors including automotive electronics, energy and industrial automation, as well as consumer electronics.
