Celebrating inclusion at the Genuine Cup 2026

As a proud sponsor of the Genuine Cup, CPChem is supporting a global movement that promotes inclusion, opportunity and belonging for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The tournament, often described as the "World Cup for Neurodiversity," brings together more than 1,000 athletes, coaches and supporters from over 50 countries at Rice University in Houston from July 27 through Aug. 1.

Since its launch in 2024, the event has grown from 12 teams to 50 national teams, rapidly turning into one of the world's largest international sporting events for athletes with intellectual disabilities and autism.

While competition is at the heart of the week, the Genuine Cup is about much more than soccer. The event celebrates the talents and achievements of athletes with IDD while helping create greater awareness and opportunities in education, employment and community engagement.

Through its sponsorship and employee volunteer efforts, CPChem is helping support an event that brings people together, fosters understanding and demonstrates the value of a more inclusive world.

By supporting initiatives like the Genuine Cup, CPChem helps create meaningful experiences that connect communities and celebrate the contributions of individuals of all abilities.
