CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00010517 de 13 de mayo de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, de la Emisión de Obligaciones de Largo Plazo de la compañía PROCESADORA NACIONAL DE ALIMENTOS C.A. PRONACA, por un monto de hasta OCHENTA MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 80.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00006372 de 8 de abril del 2024.
