Leadership transition at Cleveland Range: Bob Tribfelner Succeeds John Lanning

CLEVELAND - Cleveland Range^®, a Welbilt company and leader in commercial steam cooking solutions, announces a leadership transition within its Sales and Marketing Division, effective April 30, 2025. Robert (Bob) Tribfelner will assume the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cleveland Range, replacing John Lanning, who is retiring on May 30, 2025.

Robert Tribfelner has more than 20 years' industry experience. He received a master's degree in marketing from Central Michigan University and has held a number of senior leadership roles at major foodservice equipment manufacturers. During his career, Tribfelner has led national sales initiatives and directed new product development. He has a proven reputation for driving topline growth and building high-performance teams.

Tribfelner takes over for John Lanning, who retires after 41 years with Cleveland Range. Lanning held a variety of positions at Cleveland, culminating as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, a position he assumed in 2022. One of Lanning's best-known phrases at Cleveland Range is "Build it Right, Ship it on Time and Take Care of the Customer," which has become a fundamental cornerstone of the company's mission.
