Secrist to Present on ESOPs at the 2026 Ohio Construction Conference

Taft partner Matthew Secrist will present "Building Value from the Inside Out: ESOPs in Construction" alongside representatives from Lazear Capital and Robertson Construction Services at the 2026 Ohio Construction Conference, hosted by the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio on March 18.

During the session, Secrist and his co-presenters will outline key aspects of ESOPs in the Construction industry. The presentation will address what an ESOP is, how various stakeholders are involved, and the tax advantages associated with ESOPs.
