Marion County Utilities is rescinding the boil water notice for the Marion Oaks - Communities
For homes and businesses located in or on: SW 42nd Circle (26 addresses)

• 4510, 4511, 4490, 4491, 4471, 4443, 4427, 4411, 4470, 4450, 4430, 4410, 4395 SW 132nd Place;
• 13417, 13411, 13405, 13393, 13387, 13394, 13406, 13412, 13418, 13424, 13400, 13388, 13399 SW 42nd Circle

The "precautionary boil water notice" from: 8/12/2026 is hereby rescinded following the satisfactory completion of the bacteriological survey showing that the water is safe to drink.
