Public Hearing for Project at 555 Northgate Drive

The San Rafael Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed new residential development at 555 Northgate Drive.

Project Overview

The project includes a seven-story residential building with five levels of housing above two levels of parking, providing 193 one- and two-bedroom units and 150 parking spaces. The project is eligible for exemptions for density, height and parking under the State Density Bonus Law (SDBL). The applicant is also requesting concessions under SDBL. The project proposes 80% of rental units as low-income, 20% as moderate-income, with two manager units.
