Governor Josh Shapiro and Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Secretary Dr. Val Arkoosh will be joined by advocates and community leaders at the YWCA in Carlisle to highlight the $12 million increase secured in the 2026-27 budget to support rape crisis centers, nearly doubling funding for these vital centers across Pennsylvania.
