MMM Partner Jessica Rodriguez was recently elected to the CREW DC Board of Directors. Holding a Director role for the 2025 and 2026 membership years, Jessica will join the Board of Directors that oversees the strategic direction, governance policies, and priorities for CREW DC.

The CREW DC Board of Directors works to accomplish the chapter's strategic goals: Engage, Include, Develop, Foster, and Sustain. These goals help the CREW DC chapter achieve its mission: transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of all women. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into CREW DC's fiber and drive creativity and innovation.

Serving on the CREW DC Board of Directors is a unique opportunity for leadership and networking among other ambitious professionals working in the commercial real estate field. The Board has a shared mission for a diverse and inclusive membership that nurtures belonging, cultivates connections, fosters growth, celebrates different voices, and develops leaders in commercial real estate.

Rodriguez's elevation to the CREW DC Board of Directors follows the tenure of MMM Partner Elizabeth "Betsy" Karmin, who served as a past president of the organization. Associates Shanellah Verna Harris and Jenny Jeong are also involved in the organization.
