On August 17, 2026, SC LBR 5005-4 (Electronic Filing) was amended to allow for a fourteen (14) day window for EDSS use after the filing of a bankruptcy case by a pro se party. Due to this change, along with changes in filings, the Common Chambers Guidelines have been updated. Specifically, the sections regarding Telephonic/Videoconference Participation and Chapter 13. Other portions of the Guidelines have been removed or reorganized.
