(1)	The reporting person is the sole owner and control person of Adama GmbH. The 400,000 shares held by Adama GmbH and the 175,000 shares held directly were issued as acquisition consideration in connection with the acquisition of 42 Telecom Ltd. by the Issuer on August 1, 2025 and the acquisition of Telvantis Voice Services, Inc. respectively and not as compensation for services.
