If you receive an email or message (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) purporting to be from our group of hotels that includes any of the following, it may be an attempt to direct you to a phishing site or gain unauthorized access. Do not click any URLs in the message or open any attachments; please delete the message promptly.
"Content you do not recognize"
"A request to re-enter reservation information"
"A request to enter credit card information," etc.
Please note that our group of hotels will never ask customers for their credit card numbers or request payment via such messages.
(What is phishing?)
Phishing refers to sending emails that falsify the sender and directing recipients to fake websites in order to steal sensitive information such as credit card numbers and account information (user IDs and passwords).
