Mutual of Omaha Logo to be Installed on Top of New Downtown Skyscraper

OMAHA, Neb. - Installation of the Mutual of Omaha logo atop the company's new downtown headquarters is set to take place over the next two weeks, leading up to the NCAA Men's College World Series. The milestone represents one of the most prominent exterior features of the skyscraper currently under construction at 14th and Farnam Street.

Signage components are arriving on site this week, with installation scheduled over the coming days as conditions allow. Crews from JE Dunn will carefully hoist the letters into place, with the goal of completing and illuminating the sign in time for the NCAA Men's College World Series.

In addition to the signage, exterior work on the building is nearing completion, with final glass curtain wall panels now being installed. As this phase nears completion, construction will shift primarily to interior work for the remainder of the year.

• At 677 feet and 44 floors, the tower will be the tallest building in the region
• Designed for a hybrid work model with 800,000 square feet (current Mutual of Omaha campus is 1.7 million square feet)
• Features five floors (16-20) of amenity space including a "sky lobby," full-service dining options, fitness and wellness services, tech concierge, flexible meeting spaces and landscaped outdoor terraces
• The 44th floor will house conference facilities with dramatic two-story atrium views

In January 2022, Mutual of Omaha announced plans to develop a corporate headquarters facility in downtown Omaha.
