FAMILY DEATH BENEFIT PLAN (FDBP): ADDED PROTECTION FOR YOUR LOVED ONES
The Family Death Benefit Plan (FDBP) is a voluntary program designed to provide your family with a monthly financial benefit if you pass away before retirement-offering added peace of mind and financial security.
Employees become eligible to enroll after completing 18 months of City service. Participation comes at a low cost per pay period.
