Maxim Pipette Calibration TOMORROW Dec. 9

Tuesday Dec. 9, General Stores will be hosting technicians from Maxim Pipette Service. If you would like your pipettes calibrated or serviced, please bring them to General Stores, GEB Room B41, no later than 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9. If you cannot drop off pipettes, please email [email protected] to arrange for us to pick them up.

Technicians will be performing on-site calibration and pipette service, which is typically complete by the next day. Calibrated pipettes are returned to General Stores. We will hold them for pick up or deliver them to your lab, as requested. Repairs and extensive reconditioning will be completed off-site and returned by mail.

The service request form is available for download from the General Stores webpage under Forms. Please complete and return the form in advance or enclose it with your pipettes. In years past, it was required for you provide General Stores with a fund or grant number. This year, we are asking that if it is at all possible for you to provide a P-Card for payment instead of providing General Stores with a CoA or SPN number.
