Weekly Recall: Frighteningly Fabulous Fanart

Hey, everyone! Liz from the Community team here with a special edition of Weekly Recall, inspired by...well, all of you.

Over the past few weeks, a small but mighty bout of the plague has been going around the Overwatch Community team. That means most of us have spent an inordinate amount of time lying on the nearest horizontal surface scrolling social media until the daytime medicine/triple espresso combo kicks in.

We already knew the Overwatch community was wildly talented, but the creative response you've had towards Season 19 has impressed us even more than usual-and that's not just the fever talking. Our feeds have been full of gorgeously spooky sketches, angelic art pieces, and charming cosplays since the season trailer dropped. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for keeping us motivated, entertained, and inspired.

Weekly Recalls are about what's setting our hearts alight in the Overwatch offices, so it feels only fair that the focus should be on all of you this week. The Community team picked a few of our favorite pieces to highlight and we hope they put you in the festive spirit!

Venture Nation Gets Spooky

Nobody showed up louder and prouder than Venture fans did to celebrate the new Cursed Mummy skin. Even though this is supposed to be a terrifying look for our favorite treasure hunter, they couldn't keep that smile under wraps. (Get it? Under wraps? Anybody?)

Lifeweaver Looks Divine

Niran always slays his enemies and his outfits, but this Divine Druid Mythic skin is even more fantastically extra than usual. We've been fangirling about this look internally for a while and we're happy you seem to share that excitement.
