Rick Horvath Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel

Rick Horvath, a corporate partner based in the firm's San Francisco office, has been elected as a 2026 Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel (ACGC), a professional, educational, and honorary association of lawyers widely recognized for theirachievements in the field of corporate governance.

Mr. Horvath was one of just eight lawyers elected to the 2026 class of Fellows, bringing the ranks of the College to approximately 200 Fellows. This select group of legal professionals was chosen following a rigorous peer-review process that evaluates candidates on their professional standing, outstanding achievements and sustained contributions to the advancement of corporate governance law.

In his practice, Mr. Horvath advises boards of directors, special committees, significant investors and public and private companies on the full spectrum of complex corporate governance matters.
