Negative Declaration

Yates County - The Village of Penn Yan Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Annexation of 70+ Acres into the Village of Penn Yan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a project site which is bordered by NYS Route 14A to the west, Kimball Road to the south, and Old Route 14A to the east. The Industrial Development Agency (IDA) proposes to develop the property in order to benefit the community, possibly with housing and other uses. The project is located at 2442 Old Route 14A in the Village of Penn Yan, New York.
