Material Event (Form 8-K)

The Journal Squared Tower 2 Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 9.4% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the trust and servicing agreement, dated as of January 27, 2022 relating to the Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2022-JS2 filed as Exhibit 99.6 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 10, 2022 (the "WFCM 2022-JS2 TSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.1(d) of the WFCM 2022-JS2 TSA, Situs Holdings, LLC was removed as special servicer of the Journal Squared Tower 2 Mortgage Loan and Torchlight Loan Services, LLC ("Torchlight"), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Journal Squared Tower 2 Mortgage Loan under the WFCM 2022-JS2 TSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of July 7, 2026, the Journal Squared Tower 2 Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the WFCM 2022-JS2 TSA, by Torchlight.
