Press Releases
Dortmund| 4. December 2025
adesso's run of success in generative AI (GenAI) continues unabated. Last year, the IT service provider achieved its ambitious targets ahead of time, and that momentum has continued into 2025: after the third quarter alone, adesso more than doubled its GenAI revenue for the entire previous year. By that point, the company had completed more than 100 projects for more than 50 customers. A key driver of this development is significantly increased demand for production-ready AI solutions that can be integrated quickly, securely and seamlessly into existing business processes. Demand is particularly strong in the banking, retail and public administration sectors.
To meet this demand, adesso has launched several solutions in 2025. These include the GenAI platform br.AI.n Solutions, the enterprise-focused GPT toolkit adessoGPT, the automation application adesso Input Management (AIM), and the large language model (LLM) Perceptor, developed especially for document processing in the Corporate Group's start-up Tamed AI. The solutions are preconfigured to meet the specific needs of companies in Germany and elsewhere in Europe and can be put to productive use immediately. They combine cross-technology expertise, industry-specific use cases and tried-and-tested implementation patterns. This gives companies immediate access to GenAI-based value creation without prolonged pilot phases or complex preparatory work. At the same time, adesso offers customers complete freedom of choice regarding technology and sovereignty requirements.
Another key element of this flexibility is adesso's extensive network of partners. This enables enterprises to combine GenAI solutions in a technology-neutral way - from global ecosystems to sovereign platforms - thus implementing precisely the architecture that fits their specific business and regulatory requirements.
"We're currently experiencing the next stage in the development of GenAI," says Benedikt Bonnmann, Member of the Executive Board at adesso SE. "After the exploration phase, many companies are now focusing on measurable efficiency gains, clear governance structures and reliable technology options. We sense that the market is seeking guidance in precisely these areas and is ready to further embed GenAI strategically and sustainably."

Companies and public authorities are increasingly integrating AI into their core business processes. Experience suggests that around 30 per cent of operations can be automated with AI. In 2025, adesso has implemented AI-related projects with customers in the public administration, retail, energy and banking sectors. Among the most-requested areas of application are data-driven process automation, intelligent knowledge management and AI-supported interaction systems. adesso's new solutions address this need with modular components, established integration pathways for common IT landscapes and data protection-compliant processing of sensitive information.
"Companies don't just want to trial GenAI; they want to put it into productive use to create value and achieve results that feed into profitability," says Tim König, Head of GenAI at adesso. "Our packages reduce complexity, create rapid time-to-value and enable reliable scaling from day one. This combination makes all the difference and explains why the demand for genuine enterprise solutions is growing so rapidly. We expect this trend to continue into 2026 and reach even more industries."
