Celerity Partners forms All Aboard America! Holdings and Acquires Two Motorcoach Companies
On July 3, 2012, Celerity Partners closed the simultaneous acquisitions of Calco Travel Inc., Hotard Travel, Inc. ("Calco Hotard") and Industrial Bus Lines, Inc. through a newly formed holding company, All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc. ("AHI" or the "Company"). Headquartered in New Orleans, AHI is the eleventh largest motorcoach company in the United States. The Company provides transportation services across five contiguous states from Louisiana to Arizona. The current fleet includes over 170 vehicles. AHI's leadership team includes Craig Lentzsch, formerly CEO of Greyhound and, under Kohlberg and Company's successful ownership, CEO of Coach America.
