PredictX launches ‘Revere’ – new functionality uses AI agents to give travelmanagers critical travel programme alerts

PredictX, (https://www.predictx.com), the leading AI-driven business travel data intelligence specialist, is enhancing its alerts and notifications capabilities significantly with the launch of Revere. The new functionality leverages PredictX's Cogent AI agents, enabling users to create highly granular and configurable data-driven alerts flagging critical elements of their travel programme, everything from compliance monitoring and data validity to expense fraud detection.

Revere features an AI-powered alert creation process, using a conversational flow between an AI agent and the user. The user starts with a simple request in natural language - for example: alert me if any expense report for a meal exceeds X amount; alert me if ticket spend is 20% above standard deviation on X route. The Revere AI agent clarifies the request and asks follow up questions, such as 'how frequently should I check these meal expenses; would you like to be notified by email? The AI agent then summarises the alert in natural language for the user's approval.

The feature is accessible via a simple bell icon within PredictX's travel and expense analytics platform, as well as DetectX, (https://www.detectx.ai) the company's expense audit and fraud detection solution. When a user clicks the icon, they can view their alerts at a glance as follows:

• Current Processed Alerts: a dropdown list of all new, triggered alerts, shown in chronological order. A clear visual indicator (such as a blinking red icon) shows which alerts are new and unseen.
• Configured Alerts List: a management screen where users can see all the alerts they have set up, whether they are active or paused.

From here, users can not only see alerts but also act on them. Clicking an alert can be configured to trigger a secondary action, such as automatically generating an email or sending a Slack or Teams message, turning insight into action with one click. Users can easily pause, or reactivate alerts without having to recreate the rule from scratch.
