The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development and Mayar Holding Group form strategic partnership to enhance Arab food security

As part of efforts to strengthen cooperation in the areas of agricultural and food investment, His Excellency Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), held a meeting with Mayar Holding Group, attended by His Excellency Thamer Bin Rayes, Chairman of the Group and its subsidiary Jadaya Agricultural Company, His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Rees, Member of the Board of Directors, His Excellency Mr. Turki bin Rees, Member of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Saleh Al-Muhanna, Chief Executive Officer of Aafaq, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, ways of joint cooperation in implementing quality investment projects in the fields of agricultural production and food manufacturing were discussed, in order to enhance Arab food security. His Excellency Dr. Obaid Al-Zaabi also affirmed AAAID's keenness to build effective partnerships with the Saudi private sector, given its experience and high operational capabilities.

Following the meeting, Mr. Talal Wishah, Director of Direct Investment at AAAID, paid a field visit to the Jedaya Feed Mill Factory, Hail city, where he was briefed on the work and production system and the technologies used.
