First up, we recognize extraordinary contributions from employees around the world with our annual Leadership Awards. Nominations pour in from managers and teammates, and our senior executives then select the top-ranking submissions to receive a Leadership Award.

From this elite group of Leadership Award winners, the crème de la crème are chosen to receive the President's Award - our ultimate accolade. Winning this honor not only brings recognition at a congratulatory event with our CEO and human resources leader but also includes a monetary bonus and local celebrations.
