Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Samantha Cedroni, age 34, of 54 Veto St, Providence, Rhode Island, on 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Princeton Street in the City of Providence. Cedroni was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

At 4:00 PM, Troopers arrested Luis Delsas, age 45, of 90 Hendricks Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Larceny under $1,500 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Delsas turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Delsas was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Jordan, age 28, of 41 Pulaski Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Larceny under $1,500 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty and 3.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Jordan turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Jordan was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
