Vanity Fair and Creative Artists Agency kicked off White House Correspondents' Dinner weekend with a party at the Belgian Ambassador's Residence in Washington, D.C., hosted by Global Editorial Director of Vanity Fair Mark Guiducci. Held the evening before the dinner during a weekend of events that celebrate journalism and the freedom of the press, the night included a wide array of guests including Governor of California Gavin Newsom, Editor-in-Chief of CBS News Bari Weiss, journalist and podcast host Kara Swisher, CNN anchor Audie Cornish, United States Senator for California Alex Padilla, Congresswoman Becca Balint of Vermont and Pod Save America co-host and former presidential speechwriter Jon Lovett.
