Steelcase Debuts at InfoComm 2026 with Hybrid Collaboration Solutions Designed to Build Human Connection

The organization is showcasing integrated technology solutions that create more natural, connected experiences as the way people work evolves.

Grand Rapids, MI, June 17, 2026 - Steelcase, a global design and thought leader in the world of work, will make its debut at InfoComm 2026, showcasing spaces where furniture and technology function together, designed to support better, more equitable and user-centric hybrid collaboration experiences that can be scaled across the floorplan.

As people and organizations navigate ongoing shifts in how work happens, constant stimulation, AI adoption and increased screen time are making it harder to focus, think clearly and keep pace. For both IT and facilities leaders, this creates a growing need to design hybrid environments that help address cognitive load while supporting reliable, seamless technology experiences - spaces that are intentionally built for how people work today and what's next.

The Steelcase Ocular™ Collection, which is interoperable with AV and unified communications systems, is designed to create better hybrid work experiences. Featured at InfoComm, the collection offers a range of solutions designed to improve sightlines and create more equitable, engaging experiences for both in-person and remote participants. Built for IT leaders and AV integrators, The Ocular Collection also features seamless housing, routing and mounting of IT and AV equipment for a consistent maintenance experience across the collection.

New additions to the collection include Ocular™ Frame, a design-forward audio-video solution that natively hosts displays, cameras and supporting technology to create adaptable hybrid meeting spaces, and Ocular™ Shift, which brings a collaboration-first approach to small, enclosed rooms by enabling seamless transitions between focused work and hybrid connection. Together, these solutions extend hybrid collaboration across the floorplan - from open areas to enclosed spaces - creating more immersive, connected experiences throughout the workplace.

"When technology is thoughtfully integrated into the workplace, it fades into the background and allows people to focus on the work," said Christina Vernon, general manager of technology partnerships at Steelcase. "That's why it's more important than ever for space and technology to work together. As work becomes more digital, the office plays a crucial role, giving people what technology can't - real connection, presence and shared experiences."

Steelcase works closely with leading technology partners, including Microsoft, Logitech, Zoom, Crestron, VergeSense and Spaceti, to integrate space and technology. These collaborations help organizations create more intuitive, connected experiences that support how work is evolving.

"We partner with organizations who are as committed as we are to research-driven innovation," said Vernon. "Together, we're able to integrate space and technology in ways that create more meaningful, effective work experiences for people."

InfoComm attendees can experience Steelcase at booth C6322 in the Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center June 17-19.
